HOW TO ORDER

When in stock, discs are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. If a title is out of stock it can take between 4 and 28 days for dispatch. Titles that are not released will be dispatched on their listed release dates. Deliveries usually take 3-7 working days.

Select from the menu bar the region that is compatible with your DVD player – Region 1 for NTSC/North American and Region 2 for PAL/European players. Region 1 is the default selection.

Searching for items
You can search for a DVD by Title, Director or Actor, using the Search box in the left-hand column. For best results, try keeping your search strings simple.

You can also search for DVDs from any section of the site. To search by another criteria, simply choose one from the list in the search drop-down box, enter a keyword, and click Search.

Browsing for items
You can browse for DVD titles available by genre (Action, Adventure, etc).The browse box is also in the left hand column, under the Search box.

Purchasing items
When you find a title you wish to buy click the “Add to Cart” button to add the title to your shopping cart. To delete a title from the shopping cart, click on the “delete” to the right of the title.To add or subtract copies of a title click on the corresponding button to the right of the title. To pay for the items click on the Checkout button. This will take you to our secure server where, after logging in, you can enter your credit card and delivery details.

Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, , and check cards or ATM cards, as long as they are connected with one of the major credit card companies listed above.

You can  enter your entire credit card number safely via our secure server, which encrypts all your information. If you prefer, we also have a way for you to use your credit card without ever having to enter the complete number on the Internet.

When filling out the order form, simply enter the last five digits and the expiration date of your credit card on the order form. Once you have fully entered your order, you will be provided with phone and fax numbers so that you may give us  the rest of your credit card number. You can do this even if you don't use our secure server, and your credit card number will be totally protected.

To provide you with an additional level of security, all credit card numbers are stored on a computer that is not connected to the Internet. After you type, fax, or call it in, your complete credit card number is transferred to this secure server which is not accessible by network or modem, and the number is not stored anywhere else.

RETURNS POLICY

To return a faulty DVD please telephone our call Offices.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the invoice with your return, and wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope in that they arrive in can be used for the return).

Exchanges
Unfortunately we cannot exchange discs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.

Refunds
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
